Review #4: I received my first box of the No. 1\'s a few days ago, and I\'m very impressed with them. The box code was ARA-MAR.01, and I began smoking them after unboxing them into my humidor for only one day to let them settle. Constuction is suberb, although I\'ve smoked only four, each was identical in draw, burn, shape and feel. (They feel GREAT in your hand) Beautiful wrappers, very consistent color, slight box press and great to look at. The cigar is strong, but not harsh as some have told me. I found it to start out with a very light floral note, and lots of cedar. The smoke progressed through more flavor nuances than I am accustomed to, and I don\'t think I can do them all justice in an explanation yet. However, from first to last puff, (about an hour and 20 minutes) it was, to me, all pleasure. Very rich tobacco flavors, it went through a very nice spice phase, The only one note that remained throughout was the nice cedar-y flavor that seemed to bring out all the others as the cigar shrank to the nub. Smoked all four down to shorter than my attention span, and had a hard time finding fault. I would recommend this cigar to anyone that likes, of course, the Diplomaticos power and taste, and full-flavored cigars that aren\'t overpowering. A great after dinner or evening smoke. - Submitted by dlctwice on June 21, 2005

Review #3: Very, good cigar, had one last Saturday and another today. Light to medium flavours and not a particularly strong cigar but a really enjoyable smoke. Better than the Montecristo and Upmann offerings but strangely not quite as good as the No 4. - Submitted by willisoften on May 13, 2004

Review #2: On my second box of these. A beautifully made light to medium smoke with a great Havana flavor. Excellent draw and a perfect burn, I take over Monte's anyday. - Submitted by Bob on May 4, 2004
