Review #24: oct 06, cigars of habanos from Hong Kong. First time I've tried the Cuaba brand, and was impressed. Excellent wrapper and color. Medium bodied and smooth. Creamy and nutty. Didnt have the same Cuban twang that most cigars have, but very tasty none the less. The price was very reasonable as well. Only drawback was the ammonia flavor in the last inch and a half to two inches but it passed after a couple of puffs. I did smoke this rather fast (35 minutes), dont know if that was a factor. Everyone suggests aging so hopefully these will get even better. - Submitted by cubanstogie on February 12, 2007

Review #23: I am a big fan of the Cuaba brand. Unfortunately, in the bigger formats, that delicious Cuaba flavor tends to be somewhat watered down. I have found that the exclusivos retain the intense flavor of the divinos, while offering larger proportions. Of course with these, as with all of the brand, occasional draw problems come with the territory. But it is a price well worth paying for such amazing cigars. - Submitted by timmytie on January 19, 2007

Review #22: I have to admit, I was really blown away by this cigar's flaovr profile, and I did not expect to be. Was gifted one of these by a BOTL. It was from a box dated 11/04. The red/orange wrapper was a sight to behold with not a vein nor any imperfection. I was hit instantly upon light up with beautiful leathery notes, nutty flavors such as hazelnut and nutmeg, and toasty tones of earthiness. These flavors stayed the course throughout and built gradualy and consistantly as the cigar progressed. The finish was short to medium wherein the flavors just enveloped the palate cpmpletely. This is a real sleeper cigar/brand that simply does not get its just due. This cigar was as complex, and as balanced as anything I've ever smoked. The construction was spot on and the cigar required nary a touch up despite its figerado shape. Since being gifted that cigar I have smoked five more from 04 and each was as good as the last. I will be stocking up on these and they will undoubtedly become a 'go to' cigar for me, remaining in the top 5 of my rotation. Smoke 'em with confidence fellas!! - Submitted by knuck42 on January 18, 2007

Review #21: Just smoked one I bought in Hong Kong and have to say it was perfect! The wraper was in excelent condition and had a wonderful redish tint. The smell before lighting was magical and this stick felt great in the hand. Have to say this one had no draw problems as commented on by previous reviews, nice and smooth. A great burn too although a little uneven in the first third. But still managed to give over an inch of nice grey ash. The taste was smooth and mellow and the aroma was out of this world! Such a nice smoke and no hint of bitterness until the final inch or so then it turned very quickly. But no problem, the hour spent on this one was well worth it, I just wish I had bought more!! - Submitted by nicedraw on January 14, 2007

Review #20: Consistantly difficult draw, fixable by using "draw poker" and some finger massage. After getting it to breathe, the flavor is unlike any other cigar I've ever tried: wonderful vanilla ice-cream with peanuts, cinnamon, nutmeg. I could almost cry when I have to let it go out at the very nub. If you can age this cigar or otherwise solve the draw problem, it is a perfect perfecto! - Submitted by cpubiz on September 16, 2006
