Cuaba Distinguidos Review:

All Cuaba cigars are of the uncut figurados format and Distinguidos wasn't going to be an exception. These cigars are particularly hard to make and demand a lot of skill from their torcedores. Distinguidos is a special edition Cuaba cigar, with a wholesome taste.

- Submitted by cipu on May 19, 2008

Review #18: Just smoked one of these today while walking the dogs in the mountain... What a great smoke! I really enjoy the salomones and diademas but this little fat guy is great! Lots of flavor, nice even burn, and a good white/grey ash. Let these age and they are a real treat! - Submitted by HBKIII on December 28, 2007

Review #17: Bought a couple of boxes 2 years ago and smoked a couple. Nice but very mild. I left them alone but lit one up today. Far more focussed now, with that wonderful Cuaba herbal flavour. strength was much improved. Only two ashes. Draw and construction flawless. Really smokey, which I really like. I hate puffing away for a bit of haze. Could easily develop into a 10. - Submitted by monteman on December 7, 2007

Review #16: smoked a couple of these recently, loved them! I found the draw easy and the flavour just keeps coming, even at the very end of the smoke, I'm going to smoke a lot more of these babies.. - Submitted by wmarler on December 3, 2007

Review #15: Well I tried another one from the box of 10. Please note the last review I did on these was actually written about 2 weeks after I had actually smoked it. This time around it was a much better event. The cigar lit very easily, and had plenty of woody notes. Earthy tones were abundant and the smoke was quite creamy and plentiful. The draw i still find is a little too tight for my liking. In short, a good smoke up until just past the fatest part of the cigar and it became too hot to handle and the smoke just burnt the tongue. Maybe this is not for me, or maybe I need to let them really sit for another year. I guess I will have to let them sit because I dont really want to waste them if ageing will improve them significantly. Better than last time but still no cigar! - Submitted by dragar on August 25, 2007
