What an excellent cigar! I just purchased two boxes, one to age and the other to enjoy as I celebrate my business school graduation. I had to try one right away and it was creamy with complex flavors of cocoa and perhaps a hint of cherry. The stick was soft to the touch and the wrapper was oily. The temptation to smoke the box I plan to age 3 years will be difficult to overcome! - Submitted by Billy the Greek on May 13, 2005

This cigar is creamy, rich, complex, and has a great burn (for such a large cigar) - the ultimate experience. They should age at least 6 months before smoking. Many experts believe this cigar needs further aging - 5, 8, 10 years and more. Aging will certainly mellow this stick, making it more manageable. Truthfully, I found it difficult to finish simply because of its size and richness. While aging will add to the complexity of this cigar (and mellow it), in my opinion, the flavours are fantastic right now. - Submitted by GFC Vancouver on April 27, 2005

Received a box two months ago and have been letting them rest in the humi. Finally lit one up one of these beautiful cigars and WOW. Outstanding from the first puff on. No ammonia, no harshness. Burn was slightly off but easily corrected. Smoke had an amazing smooth richness to it. It has that amazing thick smoke that only Cohiba has. As it burned the oils really began to come out. It is alot cigar and I am glad I had lunch first. After some more aging, they will be unbelievable. If you are a Cohiba fan this is a must. - Submitted by psmead on April 8, 2005

Reviewer #23/19 hit it right on the head. Just smoked one this evening, paid $36 U.S. and was expecting greatness after all the reviews. I\'ll tell you what, the flavors are there, lots of coffee, cocoa, wood, hint of cream, but i dont know for some reason it just didnt come together for me, aging might do so as Rush has said. I posted review #19. My review stick was not a fake. It came from a rock solid source. The Sublime is definately a good and tastey stick, it begs for more age (dunno, maybe 3 years at least?). When I say they are not 'on' right now, I'm not calling them dog rockets - they are better than a LOT of sticks - but at $22+ need to be the best Cuba has to offer (since they cost the most) and that is where they fail. Maybe in a few years they will be the best to come out of Cuba. Right now, at $22+ each they are NOT the best of 'em all. - Submitted by Rush on March 22, 2005
