Review #22: This is a great cigar. The start was a bit mild and creamy, but became medium bodied about an inch down. The cigar had hints of nuts, leather, and cedar. The finish was a little short. An overall great cigar. - Submitted by cigardude84 on October 3, 2005
Review #21: Have to disagree with the last reviewer. Had them in my posh humidor, from a well stored 03 box, and they took a few weeks to lose the ammonia taste associated with \"wet\" cigars. Now they are strong, characterful and complex smokes. Unlit they smell a little rank, strangely, but they burn evenly with a consistently good draw and rich flavour. A thoroughly good smoke. - Submitted by poshjonny on June 17, 2005
Review #20: Hmmm, I am afraid I will disagree with the majority of the reviewers about this cigar. I had 3 from 2002, aged them perfectly in my expensive humidor and after trying them I have come up with the conclusion they are overpriced, do not offer any complex taste, they are a bit flat. For the price range, I wont comment about the construction, since it should and it was perfect. But the taste profile was definitely blant, just the Cohiba taste saved it from the below average score. I only felt sorry for the Metaxa special reserve i darnk together with those cigars... A waste of an excellent cognac. - Submitted by Dimitris in Athens - Greece on May 22, 2005
Review #19: This cigar is one of the best. Creamy, yet spicy and always great construction. As well, in the Cohiba series I think it is also the best value. At a little over $200 a box in Cuba it well priced for this range which of course are quite expensive. - Submitted by jimcanada on March 22, 2005
Review #18: Wow, what can I say about this cigar, it's simply the best! Smoking this cigar is like having a little festival in my mouth. Sweetness, cedar, dark chocolate, are all the things that came to my mind when I smoked this sick puppy! Although a little bit pricey, but then, smoking cigar was never cheap to begin with. I find this better value than the Corona Especial, longer lasting and thicker gauge. - Submitted by M. Jen on March 6, 2005
