Review #19: best cigar I ever smoked. From start to finish. Can't we do something about that damn trade embargo! They might actually get cheaper. - Submitted by Major Lee Hunge on June 17, 2004

Review #18: its a huge cigar; strikes a punch on your face first puff, medium-full body(not as partagas serie no4); full in taste. spice and wood notes, second third is a bit smoother. never a harsh smoke, never heating problem, the exellent constraction ever i seen. white ash stands, nearly more than half of cigar. it's a superb robusto, its out of discussion. but prefer milder ones(epicure 2) if you like full bodied smoke go on it's unrivalled(for you) - Submitted by King Erc on June 15, 2004

Review #17: One of the best light to medium bodied cigars for sure. Not a powerhouse by any stretch. It is an excellent mild to medium bodied cigar, very creamy and somwhwat reminiscent of well aged Davidoff Anniversario No 1. Sometimes mild enough to pair with chardnonnay or a beer: Corona and a lime on a summer night. But there's no way this can be paired with a Cabernet. Great smoke after shrimp scampi or lobster stuffed chicken! In the world of milder cigars, this one is excellent albeit pricy. - Submitted by Cousin Dupree on May 28, 2004

Review #16: This was my best cigar ever ... going to buy many, many more! I can get them relatively cheap in Turkey! - Submitted by rich on May 14, 2004

Review #15: Not much to add to the numerous glowing reviews here. For years, I refused to buy this cigar because it commands such a premium over the other very good robustos on the market -- Ramon Allones SS, Partagas SD No. 4, Upmann Connoisseur No. 1, R y J Ex. No. 4 all have lots of good things to offer, and paying twice or three times as much for a box of Cohiba robustos seemed like a deal for those suckers who are willing to pay anything for the most fashionable label on the block. But darn it if this isn't one of the best cigars one can buy today. Every cigar in the box seems to be crafted like a piece of jewelry -- they're that perfectly constructed. The flavors and aromas are complex and constantly evolve in the box and during each smoke. Every time I have one I find something different and new -- cinnamon here, chestnut honey there, espresso con panna someplace else, and leather and peat and old wine and so on and so forth forever. Great when young, even greater when a few years old, greater still at five years plus. Only two regrets -- they aren't long enough and they cost so darned much. To heck with it --pay up and enjoy. - Submitted by chambolle on May 9, 2004
