Cohiba Robustos Review:
This Cohiba vitola has made Robustos one of the most desired Habanos in the market. This one is a real piece of jewellery not to be confused with a simple thick cigar, one of the problems when it comes to define Robustos. There are only nine authentic Robustos and this one is the most complex, because of its strength and excellent joint.

- Submitted by cipu on June 27, 2008
Review #150: I have been smoking Cohibas for some years now. Usually Siglo 3's.
Tried Robustos this week. Fantastic smoke. I advise you to take a flight to Dubai and pay £6.30 per cigar rather than a bank breaking breaking £18. Take a partner and you can legally purchase 100 of these beauties to bring back, have a pleasant holiday and still be quids in!!! - Submitted by philduck on June 1, 2008
Review #149: JUN 07 This is (one of) the best Robustos beeing produced! Sweet, floral, even honey-like tones with nuances of earthyness and a kindly tickling roast-aroma on your palate make these cigars outstanding. Very well balanced - perfect draw and combustion (in most cases). This is a cigar that lends itself to you! - and not the other way 'round. - Submitted by Fidelito on May 16, 2008
Review #148: I brought this box (EAR MAR 03) in Cuba, exactly five years ago and this was first cigar from the box. I’m quite proud on myself to resist smoking even single cigar from the box lying so long in my humidor. I had opportunity to taste CoRo with same box code years ago and I was expecting that they will become really exceptional in few years. But to be quiet frank I was expecting something more. Wrapper was a bit dry yet smooth and veinless. Cold draw revealed good tobacco with autumn grass flavors and little under filled construction. The first draws stayed on the light side and I had to wait nearly two centimeters for transformation of vegetal flavor to more rounded and full bodied smoke with wooden and nutty flavors. Near the end performed another transformation when just for short time more bold flavors of chocolate and cacao arisen. Throughout was very smooth and well balanced but without much complexity. Probably this will remain my occasional afternoon smoke rather than cigar for special occasions. - Submitted by Diademo on May 12, 2008
Review #147: To those not familar with this robusto take note that when less than 3 years old it is easy to find other robustos that can compete or surpass the Cohiba . But try one with over 3 years and especially 5+ years and then it will stand out with fullness of flavor with great smoothness in the delivery of the classic grassy , hay, cocoa, and other flavors . If you are spending the $ then do not smoke them for at least three years otherwise try a Boli RC , JL#2,RASS or the milder EPI#2 . Try an aged one before you give up on this fine smoke . - Submitted by wahoo33 on May 9, 2008
