Review #11: Score: 95 Box code: PLM Oct07 (I believe PLM is from one of La Havana factory?). One of the most multi-layered cigar ($15 in Cuba) I smoked. Full flavored (they certainly used top leaves to make the wrappers) with a lightly sweet peppery finish that never ends. I don't know what the person who wrote acrid smoked but this is everything except an acrid cigar (damaged in the transport to London?, bad factory supplies?, fake?). Earthy with various hint of cocoa flavors. I smoked 3 of these in Cuba and put the rest in my humidor. Should age well (96-97 score potential). I suggest a glass of Henessy Paradis extra cognac ($280-$350/bottle) with it. If you cannot afford try it with Hine cigar reserve cognac ($80/bottle). - Submitted by berucha on January 10, 2008

Review #10: Finally torched one after resting for 6 months. Gorgeous cigar, beautiful burn and shapely dark greyish ash. The earth-fruity flavour developed very soon after lighting. I tasted peach-apricot with dark african chocolate hints. A great smoke throughout till I nubbed it. No harshness and no nicotine effect. One of the greatest in 2007. - Submitted by mef on January 3, 2008

Review #9: Hola. This cigar is very nice. I agree with reviewer #5: "This is an amazing flavour bomb". Very well dressed and rolled, a pleasure for tact the silky colorado oscuro wrapper. Easy to light with very good draw. About an hour of fine smoke, medium to strong but creamy and full of notes. I would recommend it to all classic cigar aficionados, it is a good example of the new Habanos Premium generation. - Submitted by olisiponense on October 20, 2007

Review #8: Purchased one of these on recommendation of the excellent Andrew from Casa Havana in Melbourne, Australia. Beautifully made cigar, the aroma when unlit was exceptional, possibly due in part to the maduro wrapper. I made a punch hole in the base, and found it a little difficult to fire up - but that could be due to my lighter running very low on gas at the time. At first I found it unrewarding and a little bland, and it went out after a few minutes. I fired it up again and suddenly it came alive! Warm, full bodied, full of flavour, easy draw and plenty of smoke. Kind of a strong-yet-mild flavour and aroma, typical of Cohiba. For a relatively short cigar it lasted quite a good while, almost an hour in total smoking time. I can't imagine how good these will be after a few years of resting in a good humidor. As they are now, still very young, they are outstanding.Enjoy! - Submitted by Tony38 on September 15, 2007

Review #7: Bought one retail and smoked it right away. Very tasty for a young cigar and not very acrid or harsh as you might expect. Tastes like a cigar that already has two or three years of age and humi time. Nice, almost sweet, tobacco, coffee and chocolate flavors. Well constructed, good burn with a rich, dark wrapper. Don't know if its worth the $ but its a damn good smoke. - Submitted by max on August 24, 2007
