Review #36: --- 08 Recently smoked one of these gems from a box dated 2008. This was a wonderful cigar. The construction, draw, and burn were impeccable. The tastes were complex and delicious. Tastes evolved throughout the smoke and included that Cohiba grassy taste, chocolate, coffee, earth tones, light pepper, and leather. This is a cigar that demands respect and must be controlled - smoke it slowly! This has become one of my favorite Maduros. Highly recommended. - Submitted by AlphaWolf on May 18, 2012

Review #35: Full flavor and an intense smoke overall. Best to enjoy this robusto after a heavy dinner or in the evening with an espresso. The 5 years of aging in the leafs of this cigar offers an extended taste of roast almonds and earth, but in the end not very exciting and a bit dull. Furthermore, in the final third the Magico gets hot and leaves you without any closure. - Submitted by RomanAbbey on April 8, 2011

Review #34: JUN 06 Perfect construction, nice burn and good draw but...a very uneventful cigar. Very dry smoke- unlike ant other cigar which to me was aggravating. Some chocolate and woodd- but generally a disapointment. - Submitted by neuticles on March 31, 2011

Review #33: ---   Reviewers 27, 29 and 30 reflect my opinion exactly. These are terrible. I mean compared to a real good non maduro cuban. I have been smoking 1-2 cubans a day for the past 12 years and I have had some bad ones yes. But there is a basic aroma and flavor that cubans emit that does not exist in this cigar. It's almost like the maduro process burned that flavor off or something. The taste is flat, hardly any taste at all actually. I had tried a few when I first got them 6 month ago and again tonight. So it's not like the time in my box helped any. About the same. Seems like they are not really cuban, like from nicaragua or something. But yeah the box is nice, for sure. HA HA Cubans should stick to what they know best. - Submitted by artguy on July 12, 2010

Review #32: ---   One of the best cigars ever. of course it's not like the average cohibas and yes if you use to smoke cohibas this cigar is not for you! Actually i found it like an enhanced D4. I start smoking around 22 years ago and of course I started with the Montecristos and the romeo and Juliet and then naturally I turned to the D4s and the epicure 2. When I discovered the Maduro Magico 2 years ago I found that this cigar is the best one corresponding to my search for a new taste. It is exactly what I need in term of taste and strength. - Submitted by ya80577 on June 27, 2010
