Review #194: JUL 14 A beautiful robusto. Perfect burn, no touch ups required. Barnyard cedar, woody, touch of spice. Nice Cuban twang with a kick. Medium to medium full body. Just a beautiful smoke paired with a barrel strength bourbon. Life is good. - Submitted by wmpevans on September 23, 2017

Review #193: NOV 14 Don't waste your money on Cohiba or risk buying counterfeits. The Boli Royal Corona is the king of robustos. Deep, rich and even flavour that mellows and matures as you smoke it; supreme construction, gorgeous burn. If you're a scotch drinker, I'd offer the comparison of the Partagas Serie D being akin to the Lafraoig 10 year old and the Bolivar Royal Corona like the Lagavulin 16. Similar DNA and spirit but the later is the more refined incarnation of the youthfully exuberant former. - Submitted by H0tspur88 on August 9, 2017

Review #192: OCT 14 Glorious yet again! So glad that I went deep on these ULA '14's! - Submitted by Vortigan on July 19, 2017

Review #191: OCT 14 Another sublime 2014 example of this absolute classic! Everything about this cigar is perfectly defined & balanced from the first light to the finger burning nub! Sweet woods, cream, light spice, coffee & that superb, somewhat difficult to define floral quality that seems unique to Bolivar are all there in abundance! Top, top quality Cuban tobacco at its absolute apex. The Royal Corona was without question in a real purple patch in 2014! - Submitted by Vortigan on June 28, 2017

Review #190: I am a relatively new cigar smoker only really started in the last year or so. Prior to that enjoyed cigars but only once or twice a year. That said, very good cigar. Perfect size and gauge for me. Brilliant first 3rd. Chocolate undertones. Lots of smoke. Slightly uneven burn which settled down in the first third. Firm ash. Smoked well throughout. Peppery taste in final third but never unpleasant. Smoked down to the final inch. Will buy some more. - Submitted by Rustyman on December 29, 2016
