Review #10: After these great reviews, I decided to try them out so I bought a single from an old '97 box at my Casa del Habano. It is dificult to find bozes so old, so I gather these are not very popular here in Mexico. The cigar was a real delight, its taste had mellowed out from as you would expect in sucha an old cigar, but it was still cophisticated and well balanced. I found it mid body, excellent construction after all this time and good burn. I will have to go back and purchase the last pieces they have in the store before someone else finds out about them. - Submitted by finidi on August 23, 2007
Review #9: Bought these in May 07, the box codes are OSU Mar 01. What a delightful cigar, and it seems to be a hidden delight as not many people talk about them. Cigar was long & lean, it looked aged but not in a damaged way. Clean cut, draw and burn were outstanding. Strength was mild throughout w/some mild medium tendencies. Hints of sweetness but not overpowering, some earthiness and coffee also abounded from this smoke. The ash was a dark grey and held for 1.5 - 2". Overall a very smoooth & creamy cigar that I would recomend to any who are looking for a relaxing yet satifying smoke, ENJOY; JWM-Dover, Ohio - Submitted by jwm8592 on June 22, 2007
- Submitted by Guillaume on June 6, 2007
Review #7: Smoke one of this cigar from an 06 box and I must say that it is quite different in term of characteristic from the usual Bolivar. The cigar is strong and consistent with taste of coffee, spices, and leather. I could have mistaken it for a Monty based on the taste. Overall a very good smoke in spite of its young age. In order to enjoy this cigar, you must concentrate when you smoke cause the various aspect of tastes will reveal itself if you carefully look for it around your taste bud. A great cigar to age - Submitted by pak on May 11, 2007
